Automatic KOT Routing
System automatically routes items to correct kitchen based on product category
Main Kitchen
Handles: Grilled items, Main courses, Hot dishes
Salad Station
Handles: Cold dishes, Salads, Appetizers
Dessert Station
Handles: Desserts, Sweets, Ice cream
Beverage Station
Handles: Drinks, Juices, Coffee
Multiple KOTs
If an order has items from different kitchens, separate KOTs are generated for each kitchen automatically.

Kitchen Workflow
Morning Shift
1. Login to Kitchen Display
2. Check pending KOTs from previous shift
3. Prepare ingredients for breakfast menu
4. Monitor incoming KOTs
5. Update status as items are prepared
Peak Hours
1. Multiple KOTs arrive simultaneously
2. Prioritize by order time (oldest first)
3. Coordinate with other kitchen stations
4. Update status promptly
5. Communicate delays to waiters
End of Shift
1. Complete all pending KOTs
2. Clean kitchen station
3. Handover to next shift
4. Report any issues or delays
5. Logout from system

Example 1: Single Kitchen Order
Order: Table 3 - 2x Steak, 1x Pasta
KOT Generated: KOT-1 → Main Kitchen
Items: All items go to same kitchen
Process: Chef sees 1 KOT with all items
Example 2: Multiple Kitchen Order
Order: Table 5 - 2x Steak, 1x Salad, 2x Coffee
KOT-1 → Main Kitchen: 2x Steak
KOT-2 → Salad Station: 1x Salad
KOT-3 → Beverage: 2x Coffee
Result: 3 separate KOTs to 3 different kitchens
Example 3: Additional Items
Original KOT: Table 8 - 2x Burger (Preparing)
Customer adds: 2x Dessert
New KOT Generated: KOT-4 → Dessert Station
